Brother Hill: Leading with Purpose and Service
From the Mobile Kappa League (@mobilekl) to his current role as Junior Vice Polemarch of the Southern Province, Brother Hill’s journey reflects what it truly means to lead with purpose, character, and vision.
This summer, Brother Hill was selected as a LEAD Kappa Fellow – Phoenix Klass, where he completed over 300 hours of classroom instruction and 60 hours of community service. Through this experience, he connected with top corporate partners such as Johnson & Johnson and Honeywell Aerospace, gaining invaluable exposure to leadership, mentorship, and professional development.
“Beyond corporate exposure, I gained invaluable leadership skills and built lifelong bonds with brothers from across the great fraternity of Kappa Alpha Psi,” Brother Hill shared. Brother Hill also interned with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, where he contributed to impactful initiatives that supported the hospital’s mission of saving lives. He continued to exemplify excellence and brotherhood while representing Kappa Alpha Psi at Conclave in Phoenix, Arizona.
Today, Brother Hill continues to serve as Junior Vice Polemarch of the Southern Province, where he oversees philanthropy initiatives for the Eta Nu Chapter. He remains committed to uplifting and serving others, never forgetting his roots in Mobile, Alabama, and the community that shaped his leadership journey.
